St. Petersburg, FL, August 7, 2019: ICI Consulting, a frontrunner in bank and credit union core processing advice, announced today that Doug Latare has joined the firm as Executive Vice President. Latare brings decades of Core Processing and executive leadership experience to ICI. Doug spent 34 years in the financial services industry working in various capacities including Chief Revenue Officer, EVP Sales and Marketing and National Sales Manager for Finastra, Kirchman and Newtrend.
“I’m excited to join ICI Consulting and partner with our clients to ensure they have a quality, cost efficient relationship with their core vendor. A financial institution’s core vendor relationship is one of its most complex and costly; fundamentally impacting not only customer and member services but also their financial performance. With their depth of experience in the financial industry, the ICI team is uniquely qualified to ensure that clients build a winning partnership with their core vendor that withstands the test of time,” said Latare.
“After sitting on opposite sides of the core processing negotiation table over the past 7 years, it is a pleasure to have Doug Latare working with the ICI team. We found Doug to be a sharp and honest broker of core and ancillary system services. We are happy to have him assist as ICI expands its reach across the North American financial market. Doug is a true core strategist and business professional,” said Greg Schratwieser, President and CEO of ICI Consulting. “He has a vast amount of core vendor experience and we are delighted to have an EVP of his caliber join the company. We expect Doug to apply his expertise to benefit our current and future clients,” continued Schratwieser.
