St Petersburg, FL, February 13, 2019: ICI Consulting, a leader in bank and credit union core processing advice, announced today that Douglas E. Childress has joined the company as an SVP. Childress brings over three decades of financial technology and executive leadership experience to ICI. Doug spent 28 years with Jack Henry & Associates and more recently with Fidelity Information Services (FIS) as Managing Director of Financial Services.

About Doug Childress
Doug joined Jack Henry & Associates in 1988. Doug was appointed to numerous Jack Henry executive leadership roles throughout his tenure including, General Manager of Core Solutions, overseeing all core banking products and services. He was also named Jack Henry General Manager of Retail Solutions, where he led the ancillary system installation, support, release, development and customer education divisions.
Doug is an industry recognized speaker and subject matter expert on core and ancillary products and services.
Doug graduated from University of Central Missouri in May of 1987. He spent the earliest days of his career traveling and installing in-house Jack Henry core application systems throughout the US.
