St. Petersburg, FL, August 7, 2019: ICI Consulting, a frontrunner in bank and credit union core processing advice, announced today that Doug Latare has joined the firm. As the firm’s EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Latare brings decades of Core Processing and executive leadership experience to ICI. Doug spent 34 years in the financial services industry working in various capacities including Chief Revenue Officer, EVP Sales and Marketing and National Sales Manager for Finastra, Kirchman and Newtrend.

Prior to joining ICI, Doug has led various sales efforts at a number of financial services firms including Finastra, Newtrend (Miser), Phoenix and Kirchman. In those roles, he worked with hundreds of banks and credit unions partnering to create winning relationships with their core provider.
