Building a business case to cost justify a new solution or determine if in-house or outsourcing is more cost effective, can be a confusing and time consuming task.   • Survey and document your back or front office operation by assessing: volumes, internal operation procedures, processing windows, current staff, workflows, cost per transaction studies, long term operational direction, marketing strategies, decision criteria, needs, objectives and target dates.

  • ICI consultants will arrive onsite and observe all existing workflows and operations. ICI will also ask additional questions and clarify any questions that could not be answered in the initial survey.

  • ICI will build a Business Case which will:
      o Compare the costs of your existing operation with new in-house or outsourcing solution.
