ICI’s proven process gives institutions the clarity and leverage needed to modernize confidently. Backed by senior-level expertise and decades of vendor intelligence, we help our clients identify the right technology partners, negotiate stronger contracts and achieve measurable, long-term results
The proprietary AI platform combines decades of consulting expertise, proven methodologies, institutional knowledge, and AI-powered data intelligence to help banks and credit unions make efficient and better-informed innovation, modernization, and technology decisions.
The ICI Consulting team brings unmatched industry experience to every engagement. Our leadership and consultants include former core processing vendor executives and senior banking leaders who have led successful core evaluations, negotiations and conversions from both sides of the table
At ICI Consulting, our work is rooted in service, both to the financial institutions we advise and to the communities where our team members reside. Community commitment is not a separate initiative for ICI team members; it reflects the same values of responsibility, integrity and long-term partnership that guide our client engagements
