Matt is a seasoned financial industry executive with more than 16 years in the community banking and financial services industry. He is an accomplished, results-oriented technology and business visionary with a proven track record of IT and operational leadership. Prior to joining ICI, Matt was responsible for the strategic vision and delivery of a bank-focused identity and access management product at Provision IAM and led the virtual CIO bank advisory service at STG. Additionally, Matt spent 11 years as the CIO of First United Bank & Trust, leading its IT, operational risk, vendor management, cybersecurity, physical security, DR/BCP, BSA/AML, fraud, and compliance programs.
Matt holds multiple degrees in Computer Science and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, wellness and music.
