Thom joined ICI in 2022 with over 38 years of experience in FinTech. Thom is uniquely positioned to understand what banks and credit unions need from their technology vendors. He has led over a thousand sales efforts at core vendors including Fiserv, Open Solutions, BISYS, Data General and Burroughs Corporation. In both selling and leadership roles, he empowered hundreds of financial institutions to create long-term winning relationships with their core provider. Thom has earned a reputation of honesty and integrity by not over promising and always focusing on delivering a superior client experience.
Thom graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a BS in Business Administration. He enjoys traveling, fitness activities, music, and spending time with his wife and two adult daughters. He is also an avid sports fan and follower of WVU Mountaineer Athletics.
