The proprietary AI platform combines decades of consulting expertise, proven methodologies, institutional knowledge, and AI-powered data intelligence to help banks and credit unions make efficient and better-informed innovation, modernization, and technology decisions.
The ICI Consulting team brings unmatched industry experience to every engagement. Our leadership and consultants include former core processing vendor executives and senior banking leaders who have led successful core evaluations, negotiations and conversions from both sides of the table
At ICI Consulting, our work is rooted in service, both to the financial institutions we advise and to the communities where our team members reside.
