Kimber is a seasoned professional with more than 35 years of experience in community banking and financial services software. Prior to joining ICI, she spent 19 years at FIS in a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Client Services, Director of Product Management, Director of Development, and Senior Account Executive.
She brings deep expertise in core banking systems and is highly skilled at aligning client needs with technology solutions that support strategic business goals and industry best practices. Kimber is also an effective public speaker and experienced contract negotiator.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester in New York and has served as an advisor on the University of South Florida’s Digital Marketing Steering Committee.
Outside of work, Kimber enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, volunteering with her therapy dog, and running marathons.
