Natalia Schratwieser has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As part of the ICI leadership team, Natalia plays a key role in shaping, refining, and executing the firm’s long-term strategic vision. Prior to joining ICI, Natalia was a director at Fannie Mae, monitoring accounting standards, issuing guidance and providing implementation support on new initiatives. Natalia began her career with Deloitte. Her experience includes Farmer Mac, where she was a Financial Reporting Manager.
Natalia attended Washington & Lee University and holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from American University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In her spare time, Natalia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
