St. Petersburg, FL, September 14, 2026: ICI Consulting, a nationwide leading bank and credit union core processing advisory firm, announced that Josh Smith has joined the team as Senior Vice President. Josh brings more than 20 years of sales, relationship management and business development experience, including two decades focused on financial services and financial technology. Throughout his career, Josh has worked closely with financial institutions and executive leadership teams to align technology strategy with business goals, strengthen vendor relationships and navigate complex technology and contract decisions.

Prior to joining ICI, Josh spent 15 years with FIS as a Strategic Account Manager serving financial institutions nationwide. In that role, he partnered closely with executive leadership teams, leading strategic planning sessions and annual budget reviews while helping institutions evaluate technology initiatives and investments aligned with their long-term goals.
Most recently, Josh served as Solution Sales Director with Celsior, where he helped build and expand the company’s banking practice. He worked directly with banks and credit unions on technology modernization, digital banking, payments, core integration and data transformation initiatives.
