    AI 301: Successes & Concerns

    Register Today
    Description

Core vendors are rolling out Core Modernization and AI features that enhance automation, risk management and customer engagement. Early adopters have reported measurable efficiencies and improved decision-making, while others are cautiously positioning themselves to benefit from AI when the timing and capabilities align with their strategy.

ICI will lead the conversation with a balanced look at both the successes and the concerns of AI integration in the core environment. The webcast will examine where AI is creating real value today, where its promises remain unproven and what risks executives should keep in mind before signing vendor agreements.

    Webcast Attendees will learn:
    • Where have banks and CUs already seen measurable success from AI solutions and Core Modernization platforms?
    • What are the most common concerns institutions face when evaluating AI Ancillary solutions?
    • What lessons can be learned from early adopters to guide institutions that are waiting to implement AI later?
    • How can executives distinguish between vendor “AI hype” and capabilities that will truly deliver long-term value?
    • What safeguards should be in place to manage risks such as embedded bias, data quality issues, or over-reliance on automation?
    • How should financial institutions structure core contracts to keep flexibility for future AI innovations while protecting themselves from inflated costs?
