The ICI management team is comprised of former financial industry core processing vendors and banking executives. With a background steeped in industry experience, we truly understand our bank and credit union clients’ needs and goals. Because we have served in senior roles with vendor companies, ICI consultants are in a unique position to negotiate a superior price with meaningful, long-range contractual terms. ICI is a privately held firm which is nimble and cost-effective, compared to large integration firms. Our most senior experts are represented here:

Greg Schratwieser

ICI President & CEO


Greg Schratwieser founded ICI in 1994. Greg has over 35 years of experience in building client business cases, overseeing vendor evaluations, negotiating core contracts and converting financial service applications. Greg’s background has a strong emphasis on core processing and online banking and mobile banking deployment.

Greg not only guides ICI’s corporate direction but also utilizes his vast financial services and technology background to take an active role in enhancing perspective and providing insight on consulting client projects.  Greg Schratwieser has consulted with financial institutions and corporations throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. He has given hundreds of speeches within these geographic markets, has written a book on negotiating technology contracts and dozens of financial industry articles.

Before founding ICI Consulting, Greg Schratwieser was employed by Unisys, where he sold core processing and check processing solutions to financial and commercial organizations. At Prismac Systems, Greg was an International Operations Manager and was responsible for marketing bank and credit union software solutions in Australia, Asia and New Zealand. He was also a Director of Marketing at Datawares Financial Outsourcing Services. Greg has formerly served on the Board of Directors on an international telecom company.

He holds a BS / BA from Villanova University, where he was a member of the Business School Honor Society and President of Lambda Tau Delta Fraternity.

Greg’s activities and interests include: running, scuba diving, travel and he is an avid reader. Greg is married with 3 young children.

Doug Latare

EVP, Chief Operating Officer


With over 30 years of experience in FinTech, Doug is uniquely positioned to understand what a FI wants from their technology vendors.  He has led various sales efforts at core vendors including: Finastra, Kirchman, Newtrend and Phoenix International.  In those roles, he worked with hundreds of banks and credit unions partnering to create winning relationships with their core provider.  Doug has earned a reputation of honesty and integrity by not over promising and always focusing on delivering a superior client experience.

Doug is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS in Marketing and dual minors in both Accounting and Economics.  He currently resides in Orlando, Florida enjoying an active outdoor Florida lifestyle including motorcycling, boating and the beach.

Natalia Schratwieser

Executive Vice President


Natalia Schratwieser has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Natalia is responsible for managing ICI’s business and financial operations. Prior to joining ICI, Natalia was a director at Fannie Mae, monitoring accounting standards, issuing guidance and providing implementation support on new initiatives.  Natalia began her career with Deloitte and Touche. Her experience includes Farmer Mac, where she was a Financial Reporting Manager.

Natalia attended Washington & Lee University and holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from American University. She is a CPA and is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In her spare time, Natalia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Doug Fenix

Partner & Executive Vice President


Doug Fenix joined ICI in 2002 and is a Partner and Executive Vice President. Doug has consulted with numerous large and small banks and credit unions across the United States. His specialties include identifying, cost justifying and negotiating leading-edge technologies. He has considerable experience in evaluating core processing, check processing and a vast array of platform systems. Doug regularly assists clients in developing their technology goals and roadmaps to implement the newly selected solutions.

Doug attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Technology and also was the Captain of the Virginia Tech swim team.

Tracy Brewster

Senior Vice President


Tracy spent the last 34 years developing extensive experience partnering with clients in the Bank and Credit Union Industry.  Prior to joining ICI, she was employed by Fiserv and FIS (Alltel).  Tracy is driven by innovation and exploration of business strategy and financial leadership with perspective for balancing company values and client goals.  She is skilled in contract negotiation and business continuation with laser focus on client requirements with a strong financial basis to achieve long-term, profitable partnerships.  Her quest is for client success through strong, measurable results.

Tracy worked for Fiserv for 16 years managing a team of Client Partners covering a portfolio 350+ banks and credit unions.  She provided strategic direction that spanned from Community to Large Financial Institutions, focusing on the Premier Core Platform.   Prior to Fiserv, she worked for FIS (Alltel and Systematics).  For 18 years, she held positions in Account Executive Management, Customer Service Management, Programming and Conversion Management in both outsourced and facilities management environments on both the Systematics and Horizon Core Platforms.

Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business at the University of Arkansas and her MBA from Rollins College, Crummer School of Business.  Tracy is married with two daughters.  In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, golf and water skiing.

Sharon Brown

Senior Vice President


Sharon Brown has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry.  She has been a Banker, Business Analyst, IT Consultant, and Project/Program manager during those 30+ years.  Sharon has managed small projects to large programs related to system conversions, upgrades, and new system implementations.  In the M & A and system conversion arenas, Sharon also managed all aspects of the program: project kickoff, requirements, data mapping, training, implementation, internal and external communications, testing, and go-live support. Sharon also has extensive experience working with organizations to ensure Compliance, Risk, and Legal requirements and procedures are implemented and updated during major transformational projects.

Sharon is married with one child and enjoys reading, running, and all things animal rescue.

Lisa Brumbaugh

Senior Vice President


Lisa Brumbaugh has over 30 years experience within the financial services industry.  Lisa began her career at EDS and spent 12 years in their community banking division. Her experience includes business analyst, customer service, conversion management as well as account management.  After leaving EDS, Lisa worked for two Chicagoland banks as a senior project manager.  She is a results-driven project management professional with excellent skills in directing multifaceted initiatives.  She has proven ability to plan projects, manage vendor relations and provide direction, motivation and support to her project teams to ensure that project specifications and deadlines are met.

Lisa attained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Illinois College as well as her MBA from DePaul University.  She also received her certification in Project Management Strategy from the University of Chicago and is a licensed PMP.

Lisa is married with two sons.  She enjoys traveling, yoga, and plays cello in her spare time.

Amir Chaudhry

Senior Vice President


Amir Chaudhry has over 32 years of Financial Industry experience.  He started his career at First Chicago Bank, the Northern Trust and Discover Card in a variety of Check Processing Supervisory and Project Management roles.

Prior to joining ICI, Amir spent 22 years at Fiserv in number of Relationship Management roles, working with Financial Institutions of all sizes.  He has built many strong, long-term business partnerships at all levels by strongly advocating for his clients and is highly skilled at translating client needs into business solutions.  Amir has worked through the entire Core contract process with dozens of clients – from identifying strategic technology priorities and budgets through negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

Amir earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA from DePaul University.  He is a lifelong Chicago-area resident, and enjoys spending time with family.  His favorite activities include golf and long distance cycling, having completed five 100 mile rides in 2020.

Doug Childress

Senior Vice President


Doug Childress brings over three decades of financial technology and executive leadership experience to ICI.  Doug spent 28 years with Jack Henry & Associates and more recently with Fidelity Information Services (FIS) as Managing Director of Financial Services. Doug was appointed to numerous Jack Henry executive leadership roles throughout his tenure including, General Manager of Core Solutions, overseeing all core banking products and services.  He was also named Jack Henry General Manager of Retail Solutions, where he led the ancillary system installation, support, release, development and customer education divisions.  Doug is an industry recognized speaker and subject matter expert on core and ancillary products and services.

Doug graduated from University of Central Missouri in May of 1987. He spent the earliest days of his career traveling and installing in-house Jack Henry core application systems throughout the US.  Doug is a life long resident of Monett, MO, where he and his family make their home.

Kent Conrad

Senior Vice President


Kent Conrad has over 30 years of experience providing technology solutions and consulting for financial institutions. He assists clients with technology and strategic planning, core and ancillary solution vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations. Kent’s past experience providing technology consulting services to banks and credit unions, selling core solutions for a big-three vendor, managing customer support for a second-tier vendor, and working at the Federal Reserve Bank provide a basis for an informed perspective to assist ICI clients with their IT planning and decision making.

Kent earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Minnesota State University. He has been a speaker at many industry related events and was the lead instructor for the ICBA Community Bank IT Institute. Kent enjoys skiing, golf and riding motorcycles with his wife.

Tim Conzemius

Senior Vice President


Tim Conzemius joined ICI after spending almost 25 years with Fiserv.   With over 34 years of financial industry experience, Tim spent the first 8 years of his career working in finance at Bremer Bank in Minnesota.

Tim was Fiserv ITI’s original CFO, he spent most of his Fiserv career as CFO of Bank Solutions which included all banking cores including Premier, Precision, Cleartouch, Signature, DNA as well as Item Processing.  He also was Head of Finance of the Credit Unions and responsible for the In-House to Out-Sourcing migration strategy.

Tim finished his time with Fiserv as Vice President of Enterprise Pricing where he was responsible for the largest core win in Fiserv history.  He has reviewed and approved thousands of deals in the Banking and Credit Union software industry.

Tim received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Angelo State University as well as his MBA from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.

Tim is married with three sons.  He enjoys traveling, sporting events, golfing and spending time on the beach relaxing.

Bryan T. Di Lella

Senior Vice President


Bryan T. Di Lella has more than 30 years of information technology industry experience in the financial, regulatory and federal government sectors. Over the course of his career, he has consistently focused on developing business relationships by listening to clients’ needs and translating requirements into viable business solutions. In formal satisfaction surveys, clients have consistently recognized Bryan as a contributor to their business success. Prior to joining ICI, Bryan worked for Unisys in various marketing and project management positions. At Unisys, Bryan developed new technology business in both the financial services industry and the federal government sector and managed major accounts with a proven record of exceeding annual goals. He achieved distinction within the firm and, more importantly, with his clients. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated more than $150 million in technology contracts.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Saint Bonaventure University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the George Washington University. He is certified as an Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Dispute Resolution Board of Arbitrators. Bryan enjoys cycling, skiing and tennis.

Keith Hagen

Senior Vice President


Keith is a 47-year veteran of the financial industry experienced with institutions of all asset ranges, as well as the technology companies who support them.  He began his career in the with a small community bank in Pine Mountain, Ga., followed by 18 years with Trust Company of Georgia, now SunTrust.  Keith subsequently entered the FI processing environment with FFMC and Fiserv, where he spent 25 years working with banks and credit unions to formulate strategies and execution of operational processes and all aspects of data, transaction, and payment processing.  He has also assisted FI’s with their processing decisions, contractual negotiations, and management of mergers, acquisitions, and branch openings.

Keith is a Georgia native now living in Panama City, FL.  He attended Darton College in Albany, Ga. and Columbus College in Columbus, Ga.  Keith is married with four children and seven grandchildren.  He has several hobbies including fishing, amateur radio, gardening, and woodworking, as well as a private pilot license, but no longer flying.

Mike Hatch

Senior Vice President


Following in his Father’s footsteps, Mike is a lifelong banker.  With over 25 years of experience, Mike spent the first 8 years of his career as a commercial and agricultural loan officer with two Kansas banks.  From there, Mike moved to DCI, a regional core provider where he progressed to VP of Sales and Marketing before joining an early stage company helping de novo banks open in a paperless environment.  Mike then spent 10 years at Finastra and its predecessors, where he was responsible for core sales and strategy as well as negotiating contracts for banks and credit unions moving to Finastra.  Mike has assisted in well over 250 core evaluations during his career and takes pride in his collaborative, transparent approach, while finding a solution to best meet the financial institution’s needs.  Mike graduated from Emporia State University with a BS in Business with emphasis in finance, economics and CIS.  In his spare time, Mike is involved in his church, loves to ski, hunt and build/remodel homes.  Mike has a beautiful wife and three grown children with the oldest marrying in 2019.

Thomas Humphrey

Senior Vice President


Thomas Humphrey has more than 35 years of experience in financial services management and consulting. A former banker, Tom has deep experience in bank operations and has managed bank operation groups from the senior and executive management levels, with direct management responsibilities for groups as large as 350 and annual budgets exceeding $25 million. He has managed numerous system implementations and conversion projects, as well as projects to consolidate and organize banks during acquisitions.

Prior to joining ICI in 2008, Tom successfully performed in several line and staff management positions in banks and other financial services organizations. He worked in banks that ranged in size from small community banks to large, multiregional banks. He also spent four years in the bank software industry as the Manager of Research, responsible for the development, installation and support of dispute resolution software products used by the Top 100 U.S. financial institutions. Tom also has served as a financial institutions consultant for more than seven years. In prior assignments, he worked with several Top 50 financial institutions on engagements that include operation consolidations, payment systems delivery enhancements, risk analysis and performance improvements.

Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri, attended the American Bankers Association National Consumer Credit School and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Sherry Jessen

Senior Vice President


Sherry Jessen is a highly accomplished financial institution Technology Consultant and past Chief Information Officer with 23+ years of experience. She is highly recognized in the industry for her visionary ability and leadership in complex technology and system selection projects. She has a proven track record in driving new growth, leading a diverse technology practice, and delivering recognizable client value. She is a strategic and innovative thinker with deep industry knowledge who has helped hundreds of organizations recognize opportunities to leverage technology, streamline operations, and manage business expense. She is well known for her effervescent personality along with her proven ability to communicate and inspire others thus allowing her to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization and with industry vendors.  Sherry studied business administration at St. Ambrose University.  She has been a frequent speaker at regional and national industry conferences and user groups, was an instructor for the ICBA Community Bank Institute, and has authored industry related articles.

Sherry enjoys the simple country living and spending time with her husband and kids, working out, and volunteering for her church community.

Natasha Khrushova

Director, Sales Operations and Marketing


Natasha Khrushova has over 23 years of financial industry experience, ranging from project management and internal sales to portfolio analysis and customer service.  Prior to joining ICI, Natasha was an RFP coordinator and internal sales associate with Brandes Investment Partners and worked as a Consulting Group Analyst and Portfolio Management Associate with Morgan Stanley.

Natasha earned her MBA from Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine, and she holds a BS in Management from Chapman University.  She is fluent in written and spoken Russian.

In her free time, Natasha enjoys being outdoors, hiking and camping. She is a landscape and night photography enthusiast.

Doug Krukowski

Senior Vice President


Doug Krukowski has over 35 years in the Fintech industry.  Most recently Doug served as COO of the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota (ICBM), where he managed preferred vendor relationships and education programs aimed at assisting banks to compete and drive bottom-line results.  Prior to his role at ICBM, Doug was a consultant for RSM McGladrey, where he managed core system selections designed to improve operations and reduce expenses.

He also served as a regional manager for Aurum Technology, where he drove core sales and services to banks and credit unions.  Doug’s 15-year career in banking included management roles for 2 midwestern banks.  Krukowski attended the University of Minnesota.  He is also a BAI School of Bank Administration graduate.  He is certified in compliance, licensed in insurance and has been a registered securities representative.

Doug enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling with his wife and spending time with grand kids.

Michael Marsh

Director of Client Relations / Quality Assurance

Mike is a graduate of George Washington University and United States Navy veteran.  He brings over 35 years of management experience to ICI including vendor relations and evaluations, direct personnel management, quality assurance, system implementation and customer relations. Through his early experiences with multiple military deployments and later subsequent positions in large civilian organizations, Mike has also gained extensive insight into team dynamics and team management.

Mike’s reputation for attention to detail, honesty and integrity throughout his career is unquestionable. When he is not working, Mike is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cycling or having fun at the beach.

Keith Shiver

Senior Vice President


Keith Shiver has worked on every critical ancillary application within a financial institution, from both a sales and implementation perspective. He is an expert in the core processing arena, having marketed multiple core platforms and overseen the development, coding and maintenance of core systems.

Keith started his career with Exchange National Bank in Winter Haven, FL as a computer operator and moved into programming. He later worked on NCR CIF, McDonald Douglas Timeshare and BancLine banking platforms. He joined Fi-DATA in Nashville, eventually rising to the VP Sales position. In 2012, Fi-DATA was acquired and he moved to Fiserv, where he continued to market and support their core processing solutions.

Stephen Shiver

Vice President


Stephen attended the University of Tennessee at Martin on a football scholarship, graduating with a degree in Business Administration. Following graduation Stephen worked in the sales division for one of the country’s largest logistics companies.  During his tenure there he was inspired to serve our country and did so in the United States Army. In his years of international service, Stephen received a multitude of awards, including multiple Army Achievement Medals and The Global War on Terrorism Medal.

Following his time in the military, Stephen gained his insurance certificates in Property & Casualty along with Life and Health and joined a Tennessee based insurance firm selling commercial insurance.  While doing this Stephen was inspired by his father to join the ICI Consulting team. Stephen has diverse experience in sales and leadership positions from athletics, to military to the business world.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, staying fit, seasonal outdoor activities, and listening to his father perform live music.

Jeff Trice

Senior Vice President


Jeff Trice has over 30 years of progressive financial technology experience in core processing, sales and operations. During his career, Jeff has distinguished himself for his responsiveness and close business relationships with his clients, while staying focused on solutions and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining ICI, Jeff worked for FIS where he was Director of Operations, successfully processing and servicing 120 Core outsourced clients. He also helped manage many successful conversions and migrations.

Jeff also had an extensive career at Delmarva Data Center, where he served as their Vice President and Chief Operations Officer before their sale to FIS. While at DDC, Jeff was involved in all facets of operations, including systems, sales and disaster recovery testing.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Computer Science at Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College.) He is married with three daughters. He enjoys cycling, reading and traveling.

Cindy Weaver

Vice President


Cindy Weaver has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.  A former banker, Cindy specialized in consumer and commercial lending for 10 years, both as a loan officer and credit department manager, which made her a valuable asset on conversion teams when new core processing solutions were evaluated and implemented.  That experience led her to join NCR’s Data Services Division where she started as a loan products analyst and later became a presenter/educator of core processing systems with the sales team.  She continued this role with Fiserv and later joined Open Solutions as a system consultant with the credit union sales group focusing on loan origination and servicing products.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hope College, a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University, and an Education Specialist degree from Liberty University.  She is also an adjunct professor in the business department of Pillar College in Newark, NJ and a sign language interpreter for the deaf.  Cindy is married, has a teenage son, and enjoys writing, singing, reading, and gardening.

Liz White

Senior Vice President


Liz White has 25 years of experience in sales and consulting to the financial industry. Liz began her career in the financial industry representing NCR Corporation’s outsourced core processing solutions and surround products and services for 14 years.  Prior to joining ICI in 2012, Liz prospered at Fiserv and BISYS Banking Solutions before it was acquired by Open Solutions.

Throughout her career Liz sold eight different core solutions and all other ancillary products and services, from check processing and imaging to remote deposit capture and mobile banking. Although Liz has lived in Wisconsin, Texas and California, she has worked with financial institutions from Maine to Hawaii and most states in between.  Liz even represented a company that designed and built bank and credit union buildings. As such, she has a firm grasp of security and branch location requirements.

Liz attained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin.

John Yaremchuk

Senior Vice President


After garnering over 40 years of experience in the banking industry, John is pleased to be joining ICI.  Having worked in banks ranging from a de novo to a super-regional, John’s extensive background allows him to understand and share the perspective of ICI’s clientele.  Important to note is John’s unique relationship with ICI, which spans 15 years and has developed full circle, beginning as a client, then as a provider of banking services, and now as a team member.  In addition to utilizing his extensive banking experience to assist clients, John believes in the ICI business model: directly aligning the best interests of our clients with those of ICI.  In his new role, John will help ensure that we maintain frequent contact with our clients to ensure their current engagement is meeting their needs and expectations, and to follow through with clients on a post-engagement basis.
