ICI President & CEO
Greg Schratwieser founded ICI (International Consulting, Inc.) in 1994. Greg has over 32 years of experience in building client business cases, overseeing vendor evaluations and converting financial service applications. Greg’s background has a strong emphasis on core processing and online banking and mobile banking deployment.
Greg not only guides ICI’s corporate direction but also utilizes his vast financial services and technology background to take an active role in enhancing perspective and providing insight on consulting client projects. He has worked with most of ICI’s 350 clients over the past 23 years, including de novo banks and credit unions to Top 5 U.S. bank customers.
Greg Schratwieser has consulted with financial institutions and corporations throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. He has given hundreds of speeches within these geographic markets and has written a book on negotiating technology contracts, as well as dozens of financial industry articles.
Before founding ICI Consulting, Greg Schratwieser was employed by Unisys, where he sold core processing and check processing solutions to financial and commercial organizations. At Prismac, Greg was an International Operations Manager and was responsible for marketing bank and credit union software solutions in Australia, Asia and New Zealand. He was also a Director of Marketing at Datawares Financial Outsourcing Services. Greg has formerly served on the Board of Directors on an international telecom company.
He holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, where he was a member of the Business School Honor Society and President of Lambda Tau Delta fraternity.
Greg’s activities and interests include: mountain climbing, running marathons, scuba diving and travel, and he is an avid reader. Greg is married with three young children.
Executive Vice President
Natalia Schratwieser (ICI EVP) has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Natalia is responsible for managing ICI’s business operations and individual client consulting engagements. Prior to joining ICI, Natalia was a director at Fannie Mae, monitoring accounting standards, issuing guidance and providing implementation support on new initiatives.
Natalia began her career with Deloitte and Touche. Her experience includes Farmer Mac, where she was a Financial Reporting Manager.
Natalia attended Washington & Lee University and holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from American University. She is a CPA and is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In her spare time, Natalia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
Partner & Executive Vice President
Doug Fenix joined ICI in 2002 and is a Partner and Executive Vice President. Over the past 16 years, Doug has consulted with numerous large and small banks and credit unions across the United States. His specialties include identifying, cost justifying and negotiating leading-edge technologies. He has considerable experience in evaluating core processing, check processing and a vast array of platform systems. Doug regularly assists clients in developing their technology goals and roadmaps to implement the newly selected solutions. Doug attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Technology and also was the Captain of the Virginia Tech swim team.
Bryan T. Di Lella
Partner & Senior Vice President
Bryan T. Di Lella has more than 30 years of information technology industry experience in the financial, regulatory and federal government sectors. Over the course of his career, he has consistently focused on developing business relationships by listening to clients’ needs and translating requirements into viable business solutions. In formal satisfaction surveys, clients have consistently recognized Bryan as a contributor to their business success. Prior to joining ICI, Bryan worked for Unisys in various marketing and project management positions. At Unisys, Bryan developed new technology business in both the financial services industry and the federal government sector and managed major accounts with a proven record of exceeding annual goals. He achieved distinction within the firm and, more importantly, with his clients. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated more than $150 million in technology contracts. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Saint Bonaventure University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the George Washington University. He is certified as an Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Dispute Resolution Board of Arbitrators. Bryan enjoys cycling, skiing and tennis.
H. Terrie Cloud
Senior Vice President
Terrie Cloud has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a Senior Vice President with ICI. Terrie works directly with financial institutions in offering core processing evaluations, technology and strategic planning, vendor evaluations, workflow efficiency improvement recommendations and project management services to help financial institutions maximize their technology and operations investment dollars. Terrie is also a regular speaker for various state and national bank association entities on a variety of banking and technology topics.
Prior to joining ICI, Terrie was the Vice President of Sales and a Product Manager for a Core Software company. Terrie worked directly with financial institutions in designing solution sets and providing consulting services. He also oversaw the sales and marketing groups. Terrie also managed the product roadmap for all products and services for a Core Software company. Terrie was a Core Project Manager for Vitex Consulting.
Terrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Mathematics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina. In his spare time, Terrie is an avid scuba diver and also enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and Boxer-mix dog.
Partner & Senior Vice President
Thomas Humphrey has more than 35 years of experience in financial services management and consulting. A former banker, Tom has deep experience in bank operations and has managed bank operation groups from the senior and executive management levels, with direct management responsibilities for groups as large as 350 and annual budgets exceeding $25 million. He has managed numerous system implementations and conversion projects, as well as projects to consolidate and organize banks during acquisitions. Prior to joining ICI in 2008, Tom successfully performed in several line and staff management positions in banks and other financial services organizations. He worked in banks that ranged in size from small community banks to large, multiregional banks. He also spent four years in the bank software industry as the Manager of Research, responsible for the development, installation and support of dispute resolution software products used by the Top 100 U.S. financial institutions. Tom also has served as a financial institutions consultant for more than seven years. In prior assignments, he worked with several Top 50 financial institutions on engagements that include operation consolidations, payment systems delivery enhancements, risk analysis and performance improvements. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri, attended the American Bankers Association National Consumer Credit School and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Liz White has 28 years of experience in sales and consulting to the financial industry. Liz began her career in the financial industry representing NCR Corporation’s outsourced core processing solutions and surround products and services for 14 years. Prior to joining ICI in 2012, Liz prospered at Fiserv and BISYS Banking Solutions before it was acquired by Open Solutions. Throughout her career, Liz sold eight different core solutions and all other ancillary products and services, from check processing and imaging to remote deposit capture and mobile banking. Although Liz has lived in Wisconsin, Texas and California, she has worked with financial institutions from Maine to Hawaii and most states in between. Liz even represented a company that designed and built bank and credit union buildings. As such, she has a firm grasp of security and branch location requirements. Liz attained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Senior Vice President
Harry W. Carnarvon is an ICI Senior Vice President with more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. A former credit union and banking executive, Harry also developed considerable expertise by providing consulting services to financial institutions nationwide. He has conducted technical assessments, streamlined business processes and improved the customer/member experience. Harry has evaluated core and ancillary systems and frequently negotiated favorable technology contracts, providing positive results for ICI clients.
Harry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from Eastern Michigan University. He enjoys RVing, is a do-it-yourselfer, and an avid woodworker. Harry shares a passion for delivering results for clients with the rest of the ICI team.
Senior Vice President
Jeff Trice has over 30 years of progressive financial technology experience in core processing, sales and operations. During his career, Jeff has distinguished himself for his responsiveness and close business relationships with his clients, while staying focused on solutions and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining ICI, Jeff worked for FIS where he was Director of Operations, successfully processing and servicing 120 Core outsourced clients. He also helped manage many successful conversions and migrations.
Jeff also had an extensive career at Delmarva Data Center, where he served as their Vice President and Chief Operations Officer before their sale to FIS. While at DDC, Jeff was involved in all facets of operations, including systems, sales and disaster recovery testing.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Computer Science at Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College.) He is married with three daughters. He enjoys cycling, reading and traveling.
Vicki Ramos has almost 40 years of experience in the financial services management and consulting. A former bank executive, Vicki has in-depth working knowledge of financial institutions’ operations, technology and finance. As consultant, Vicki has also gained considerable experience in core and ancillary system evaluations, implementation management and technology contract negotiations. Vicki is an alumni of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. She is a certified dog obedience trainer and is passionate about her volunteer work with the local humane society.
Senior Vice President
Keith Shiver has worked on every critical ancillary application within a financial institution, from both a sales and implementation perspective. He is an expert in the core processing arena, having marketed multiple core platforms and overseen the development, coding and maintenance of core systems.
Keith started his career with Exchange National Bank in Winter Haven, FL as a computer operator and moved into programming. He later worked on NCR CIF, McDonald Douglas Timeshare and BancLine banking platforms. He joined Fi-DATA in Nashville, eventually rising to the VP Sales position. In 2012, Fi-DATA was acquired and he moved to Fiserv, where he continued to market and support their core processing solutions.
Director of Marketing
Cindy Weaver has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. A former banker, Cindy specialized in consumer and commercial lending for 10 years, both as a loan officer and credit department manager, which made her a valuable asset on conversion teams when new core processing solutions were evaluated and implemented. That experience led her to join NCR’s Data Services Division where she started as a loan products analyst and later became a presenter/educator of core processing systems with the sales team. She continued this role with Fiserv and later joined Open Solutions as a system consultant with the credit union sales group focusing on loan origination and servicing products.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hope College, a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University, and an Education Specialist degree from Liberty University. She is also an adjunct professor in the business department of Pillar College in Newark, NJ and a sign language interpreter for the deaf. Cindy is married, has a teenaged son, and enjoys writing, singing, reading, and gardening.
